The elevator to the Westbound [L] platform at 8th-Market Station is out of service until April 19, 2026. For accessible westbound travel, riders are advised to utilize 5th St/Independence Hall Station, or any westbound bus on Market Street.
From 10 pm on Friday, March 13 through 6 pm on Saturday, March 14, passengers must board all trains on the westbound platforms from Tioga Station to Arrott Transit Center.
The scheduled 7:40 p.m. westbound trip from Frankford Transit Center is canceled due to operator unavailability.
