The elevator to the Westbound [L] platform at 8th-Market Station is out of service until April 19, 2026. For accessible westbound travel, riders are advised to utilize 5th St/Independence Hall Station, or any westbound bus on Market Street.
On Sunday, March 8, from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm, passengers must board all trains on the eastbound platforms at 46th Street and 52nd Street stations.
From 10 pm on Friday, March 13 through 6 pm on Saturday, March 14, passengers must board all trains on the westbound platforms from Tioga Station to Arrott Transit Center.
