Passengers must board all trains on the eastbound platforms at Arrott Transit Center and Church Station for the entire service day due to scheduled track work.
Due to operator unavailability, scheduled L1 trips are subject to wait times of up to 10 minutes in both directions.
The elevator to the Westbound [L] platform at 8th-Market Station is out of service until April 19, 2026. For accessible westbound travel, riders are advised to utilize 5th St/Independence Hall Station, or any westbound bus on Market Street.
From 10 pm on Friday, March 27 through the end of service on Sunday, March 29, passengers must board all trains on the eastbound platforms at Church Station and Arrott Transit Center.
