• 27-City Hall to Plymouth Meeting
Beginning August 24, due to a lack of state funding, Route 27 will be shortened to operate between Plymouth Meeting Mall and City Hall. Service on South Broad St will be provided by the Broad Street Line Local [B1] and Route 4. Service to Barren Hill will be discontinued. Service on Route 27 will be reduced by up to 20%. Peak headways will go from 10 to 12 minutes.
