Starting Monday, August 4 at 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Bowness Road N.W. between 62 Street to 66 Street N.W. will be closed for the Tour De Bowness Race & Festival. Routes 1 and 53 will be detoured.
Eastbound routes 1 and 53 will travel:
- From East on Bowness Road N.W.
- North on 66 Street N.W.
- East on Bow Circle N.W.
- South on 62 Street N.W.
- East on Bowness Road N.W., resume regular routing.
Westbound routes 1 and 53 will travel:
- From West on Bowness Road N.W.
- North on 62 Street N.W.
- West on Bow Circle N.W.
- South on 66 Street N.W.
- West on Bowness Road N.W., resume regular routing.

Starting Monday, July 14 at 9 a.m. through Wednesday, December 31 to the end of service, the right-hand lane on 6 Avenue S.W. between 1 Street S.W. and Centre Street S. will be closed for Suncor Energy Centre construction. Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 17, 70 and 101 will have stop closures.
The following stops will be temporarily closed:

Starting on Monday, July 14, and continuing until Friday, October 31 at 5 a.m., there will be intermittent right lane closures on eastbound 9 Avenue S.E. between Centre Street S. & 1 Street S.E. The closures will occur 24/7 on weekends, and nightly between the hours of 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. during the week. Routes 1, 10, 300, 302 & MAX Purple will have stop closures.
The following stops will be temporarily closed:

- EB 9 AV SE @ Centre ST S (Stop: #7380) - Routes 1, 10 & MAX Purple

Starting Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 6 a.m. through Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 6 p.m., 3 Avenue N.W. at 34 Street N.W. will be closed for construction. Routes 1 and 40 will have a temporary stop closure.
