Starting Saturday, July 26 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., between 11 Street S.E. to 14 Street S.E. will be closed for the Inglewood Sunfest event. Route 1 will be detoured.


Inbound Route 1 will travel:



  • From West on 9 Avenue S.E.

  • North on 14 Street S.E.

  • West on 8 Avenue S.E.

  • South on 11 Street S.E.

  • West on 9 Avenue S.E., resume regular routing.


Outbound Route 1 will travel:



  • From East on 9 Avenue S.E.

  • North on 11 Street S.E.

  • East on 8 Avenue S.E.

  • South on 14 Street S.E.

  • East on 9 Avenue S.E., resume regular routing.

Starting on Monday, July 14, and continuing until Friday, October 31 at 5 a.m., there will be intermittent right lane closures on eastbound 9 Avenue S.E. between Centre Street S. & 1 Street S.E. The closures will occur 24/7 on weekends, and nightly between the hours of 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. during the week. Routes 1, 10, 300, 302 & MAX Purple will have stop closures.
