Starting on Sunday, August 31 at 7 p.m., and continuing until 7 p.m. on Friday, October 31, eastbound 1 Avenue N.E. between 7 Street N.E. and 7A Street N.E. will be closed to accommodate construction. Eastbound Route 90 will be detoured.

Eastbound buses will travel:


  • East on 1 Avenue N.E.
  • South on 7 Street N.E.
  • East on Centre Avenue NE
  • North on 7A Street N.E.
  • East on 1 Avenue N.E., return to regular route

The following stop will be temporarily closed:



  • EB 1 AV NE @ 7 ST NE (#5590)

Please use the following temporary stop in lieu of the closed stop:


  • EB Centre AV NE @ 7 ST NE (far side)

Starting Monday, September 15 at 9 a.m. through Friday, October 10 at 3 p.m., there is a southbound road closure on 8 Street S.W. between 6 Avenue S.W. & 7 Avenue S.W. for construction. Routes 6, 7, 10, 13, 30, 70, 90, 101, 449, and MAX Purple will have stop closures.


The following stops will be temporarily closed:



  • Northbound:

    • NB 1 ST S.W. @ 7 AV S.W. (#5303) - Routes 6, 101

    • NB 1 ST S.W. @ 7 AV S.W. (#3616) - Route 70


  • Southbound:

    • SB 1 ST @ 6 AV S.W. (#7845) - Routes 10 & 30

    • SB 1 ST @ 6 AV S.W. (#2491) - Routes 7, 13, 90 & 449

    • SB 1 ST S.W. @ 7th AV S.W. (#3392) - Routes 1 & MAX Purple



Please use the following stops in lieu of the closed stops:



  • NB 1 ST S.W. @ 8 AV S.W. (#5299) - temporary stop - Route 6

  • NB 1 ST S.W. @ 6 AV S.W. (#5300) - Route 101

  • NB 1 ST S.W. @ 6 AV S.W. (#2492) - Route 70
