The Route 117 is permanently rerouted to go through the Elwyn School instead of using the Media Bypass Loop. Route 117 will no longer service the Crozer-Chester Medical Center, and service will stay on Upland Ave.

Beginning August 25, service on Route 117 will be reduced by up to 20%. Peak headways will go from 30 to 40 minutes if new state funding is not approved.
