Notice of Upcoming Service Reductions Started Mon Jul 7 On August 24, Route 3 service along Kensington Av will be discontinued, with all trips ending at York and Dauphin Sts. Customers can connect to the Market-Frankford Line [L] or use Route 5 for service north of York and Dauphin Sts. Service on Route 3 will be reduced by up to 20%.
