Starting Monday, August 4, Route 74 will be on detour due to the long-term closure of Bradley Road for construction taking place on the Bradley Bridge, over Salt Creek. Bradley Road will be closed from Pebble Beach Drive to the south of Rio Vista Drive. The closure is expected to remain in effect through fall 2026. During this time, stops 3153, 3131 and 3132 will be out of service. The closest available stops are 3130, 3152 and 3154. See map at RiversideTransit.com. Beginning Sunday, March 22 to Friday, May 1, Route 24 will follow a detour in Old Town Temecula due to the closure of the First Street Bridge. During construction, bus stops 2457, 2458, 3402 and 3583 serving northbound trips, and stops 2556 and 2557 serving southbound trips, will not be served. Routes 19 and 20 are on emergency detour in Moreno Valley due to the rapidly advancing Springs Fire and mandatory evacuations. Service to some bus stops has been suspended until further notice. See affected stops at RiversideTransit.com. This is an active and evolving situation and additional routes or stops may be affected, including Route 31, as the fire continues to move. Beginning Monday, April 6 through Wednesday, April 15, several Route 28 bus stops on Highway 74 between 2nd Street and Juniper Flats Road may be temporarily out of service due to road construction. The affected locations include westbound stops 2692, 2695, 2696, 2697 and 3584, and eastbound stop 2775. To complete this work safely, one to two stops may be closed at a time, and temporary closures will move as construction progresses. Service will resume once road work is complete.
