Planned work: Trains will not stop at Boronia Station Started Fri May 8 Until Wed Sep 30
11.30pm Friday 8 May to spring 2026 Trains will not stop at Boronia Station from 11.30pm Friday 8 May to spring 2026. A shuttle bus will operate between Bayswater, Boronia and Ferntree Gully stations to connect passengers to train services.
Planned work: Night works between Bayswater and Boronia Starts Tue Jun 23 Until Thu Jun 25
9pm to 4am each night, Tuesday 23 June to Wednesday 24 June To improve the safety and efficiency of Melbourne’s metropolitan rail network, critical safety works will be undertaken along the Belgrave Line. These critical safety works form part of Metro’s annual works program to maintain and renew the rail network. What to expect: medium to high level construction noise during the set up and use of the heavy machinery rail grinding works that will cause a short-term immediate increase in noise once completed, that will decrease over time increased noise, dust and local traffic in the works area or the rail corridor traffic management in place, as required. Every effort will be made to carry out these works with respect for our valued neighbours. Works may be subject to change due to weather conditions and operational requirements.
