M and E train #6607, the 8:35 AM arrival into Dover, is up to 15 min. late due to congestion from train #6213.
Morris and Essex and Gladstone Branch rail service is operating on or close to schedule in both directions with residual delays to trains already enroute following an earlier trespasser fatality near Newark Broad Street Station.
