Due to Road Work(El Cajon Pipeline Project), Route 864 Eastbound and Westbound will be on a detour and have multiple bus stop closures starting Monday, May 04, 2026 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 8am to 3:30pm. The direction and affected bus stops are listed below.

Due to construction all buses leaving Grossmont College will be on detour during these dates. No bus stops missed and no expected delays.

Route 901 Northbound and Southbound may experience service delays during Padres games at Petco Park due to increased traffic in the surrounding area. Please plan ahead, and thank you for your patience.

Due to construction at East County Square Walmart, stop 41158 will be temporarily closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. An A-Frame has been placed in front of the Dollar Tree at East County Square where passengers can board Route 838.

Route 280/290 Northbound & Southbound June 23rd to June 30th. Due to Into The Horizon Music 2026. Ash St terminal will be closed 24 hours a day during these dates. Please use Pacific Hwy & Grape St to make connection with the Northbound 280/290.
Southbound 280/290 last stop will be at the A frame on Pacific Hwy & Beach St.
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, the City of Coronado will host its annual 4th of July Parade from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. During this time, Route 901 will not operate along Orange Avenue between 4th Street and Pomona Avenue in either direction.
Passengers are encouraged to use the MTS temporary bus stops (A-Frame) at:
-10th Street & C Avenue
-C Avenue & 6th Street
