Due to construction at East County Square Walmart, stop 41158 will be temporarily closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. An A-Frame has been placed in front of the Dollar Tree at East County Square where passengers can board Route 838.

Due to closure of 3rd Avenue in Chula Vista, Routes 701, 704, and 929 may be placed on detour and will not serve 3rd Avenue between H Street and E Street.

Passengers who normally board along 3rd Avenue between G Street and F Street may use the temporary MTS bus stops at:
2nd Ave & G St (both directions)

Route 701
Passengers who normally board on F Street between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue may use the following stops:
F St & 4th Ave
F St & Garrett Ave
Route 704
Passengers who normally board on 3rd Avenue between F Street and G Street may use the following stops:
4th Ave & H St
4th Ave & G St
