Due to Road Work(El Cajon Pipeline Project), Route 864 Eastbound and Westbound will be on a detour and have multiple bus stop closures starting Monday, May 04, 2026 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 8am to 3:30pm. The direction and affected bus stops are listed below.

Due to the annual Rock 'n' Roll Marathon on Sunday, May 31st, there will be major service interruptions in the Downtown, Uptown (Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, University Heights), North Park, Normal Heights, Morena, Linda Vista, Bay Park and Mission Valley communities. The following MTS bus routes will be impacted:
1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 20, 30, 41, 44, 105, 120, 928, 215, 225, 235, 992

Due to Caltrans work the southbound HOV lane on ramp to Hillery Drive will be closed on Thursday 5/28 from 8:45pm to 3:00am. As a result, the southbound BRT route 235 will be on detour when it departs Miramar College Transit Station. Service may be delayed; no bus stops will be missed.
