Due to construction, the 928 Southbound will have a stop closure (Stop ID #99103) at Balboa Ave. and Ruffin Rd from 04/07/2026 to 05/15/2026 for 24 hours a day. Passengers are advised to make connections at Spectrum Center Blvd. and Ruffin Rd.
Due to construction on eastbound Washington at India, the stop will be closed from 3/9/26 to 7/31/26 (24hrs). Passengers are directed to catch the eastbound route 10 at the temporary A-Frame on Washington, westside of San Diego Ave.
Due to bus pad installation, the westbound route 43 bus stop located at Clairemont Mesa Bl & Genesee Av (#11189), will be temporarily closed 04/20/26 - 04/24/26 (24/7).
Passengers are advised to catch the westbound route 43 at the a - frame located 50' west of bus stop.
