Due to construction, the 928 Southbound will have a stop closure (Stop ID #99103) at Balboa Ave. and Ruffin Rd from 04/07/2026 to 05/15/2026 for 24 hours a day. Passengers are advised to make connections at Spectrum Center Blvd. and Ruffin Rd.
Due to construction on eastbound Washington at India, the stop will be closed from 3/9/26 to 7/31/26 (24hrs). Passengers are directed to catch the eastbound route 10 at the temporary A-Frame on Washington, westside of San Diego Ave.
Trains run every 15 minutes
for 45 minutes after final
out. Please listen for
announcements.
Due to Morena Pipeline Project, the northbound route 8 will be detoured at Morena Bl
02/22/26 -07/31/26, between the hours of 9:00pm - 5:00am Sunday - Thursday nights.

Passengers are advised to catch either route at the a frame located 50' east of bus stop
