Due to construction, the 928 Southbound will have a stop closure (Stop ID #99103) at Balboa Ave. and Ruffin Rd from 04/07/2026 to 05/15/2026 for 24 hours a day. Passengers are advised to make connections at Spectrum Center Blvd. and Ruffin Rd.
Due to construction on eastbound Washington at India, the stop will be closed from 3/9/26 to 7/31/26 (24hrs). Passengers are directed to catch the eastbound route 10 at the temporary A-Frame on Washington, westside of San Diego Ave.

Due to construction on Alpine Blvd. we are unable to access stop # 40972 @ Alpine Blvd and Alpine MHP. Passengers are advised to board bus at either stop # 40973 @ Alpine and Bay Meadows or Stop # 40489 @ Alpine and Tavern
