S53 buses are partially suspended in both directions, and Brooklyn-bound S79-SBS buses are detoured because of roadwork along 4th Ave between 86th St and 95th St.
StartedWhile detoured, eastbound S53 buses will not make the 4th Ave/86th St stop, and will end at 86th St/5th Ave instead.
Westbound S53 buses will not make stops along 4th Ave from 86th St to 90th St.
Westbound buses will start at 86th St/5th Ave, and make stops along 5th Ave from 86th St to 92nd St instead.
Brooklyn-bound S79-SBS buses will experience extra turns, but no stops will be missed.
