• This is to accommodate signal improvement work.
• A diversion schedule will be in effect.
• An express shuttle will operate nonstop between North Station and Swampscott.
• A local shuttle will operate between North Station and Swampscott, making all local stops.
• Riders using the shuttle buses should budget extra travel time. For example, a rider traveling to North Station from Swampscott should budget up to 40 minutes additional travel on the express shuttle and up to 70 minutes additional travel on the local shuttle.

North Station:
Nashua St @ Red Auerbach Way
Chelsea:
Inbound, Everett Ave @ Vale St (MBTA Route 112 bus stop). Outbound, Everett Ave @ Maple St (MBTA Route 112 bus stop).
Wonderland:
Wonderland Blue Line Station Busway (behind Berth E)
Lynn:
Lynn Station Busway Berth #1 (MBTA Routes 441 & 442 bus stop)
Swampscott:
Railroad Ave @ Swampscott Station
This is to accommodate track improvement work and the replacement of 14,000 railroad ties and is scheduled to complete mid-May, 2026.
Single-track operations will be in effect throughout this period so boarding areas may change.
Temporarily Suspended Inbound Trains:
• 126 (8:49am from Newburyport)
• 1132 (10:53am from Beverly)
• 46 (1:47pm from Rockport)
• 1150 (3:23 from Beverly)
Temporarily Suspended Outbound Trains:
• 125 (8:35am to Newburyport)
• 1129 (9:35am to Beverly)
• 39 (12:05pm to Rockport)
• 11:47am (2:05pm to Beverly)
