Due to Morgan State University Homecoming, a detour has been implemented for the CityLink Silver and LocalLink 28 at The Alameda and Loch Raven Boulevard until Sunday, October 12th at 9:30 a.m.
Due to Morgan University Homecoming, the LocalLink 28 will detour between Coldspring Lane and The Alameda (Eastbound), Moravia Road and Harford Road (Westbound) until 9:30p.m.
