Route 99 service change: Route 99 will change to Route 399 starting March 15. Most timepoints are changing. Starts Sun Mar 15 Until Tue Mar 31
Starting March 15, Route 99–Bill Point will be renumbered to Route 399. Most AM timepoints on Route 399 are being adjusted, and the Old Creosote at Bill Point timepoint will no longer appear in Kitsap Transit schedules. This stop will still be served by Kitsap Transit buses. See March 15 schedule online for details.

Additionally, Route 399 will travel the Fort Ward loop in the alternate direction. Passengers in the Fort Ward area should board the bus at Evergreen Ave and Fort Ward Hill Road.

Riders who subscribe to Route 99 rider alerts should update their subscription to Route 399 after March 15 to continue receiving alerts.
