Locust Street at Union Avenue is closed overnight from 9:30 PM through 6:00 AM due to construction work in the area. Route 1: The Downtown Connector, is on a short-term detour, and the Road Supervisors will monitor and update as needed.
Outbound from Locust Street to Summer Place will remain open.
Inbound from Summit Hill, left on Henley Street, left on Church Avenue, right on Locust Street to the regular route.
