Due to the Gay Street Bridge reopening celebration this evening, Gay Street at Hill Avenue will be closed from approximately 5:15 PM - 7:15 PM. Route 1, the Downtown Connector, will be on a short-term detour. The Road Supervisors will monitor and update,
Outbound from Hill Avenue, right on State Street, left on Cumberland Avenue, right on Gay Street to the regular route.
Inbound from Main Street, left on State Street, right on Church Avenue to the Knoxville Station platform.
