Due to the Knoxville Smokies baseball game, Route 1, Downtown Connector will be on a Game Day detour picking up at Summer Place starting at 5 PM until the end of service. The Road Supervisors will be out monitoring and assisting as needed.
Outbound from Gay Street, left on Summit Hill, left on Locust Street, left on Summer Place, left on Walnut Street, right on Summit Hill, to the regular route.
Due to construction on Locust Street and Gay Street at Vine, Route 1 will be on a short-term detour on April 21, 2026.
Outbound: From Willow, right on Central, left on Depot, right on Gay, right on Magnolia, right on Central, right on Summit Hill.
Inbound: From Summit Hill, left on Henley, left on Church, left on Locust, to the regular route.
The outbound detour will be in effect until 4 PM.
The inbound detour will be in effect until 12 PM.
Due to construction, Locust Street at Union Avenue is closed. Route 1, Downtown Connector, is on a short-term detour until approximately 4 PM. The Road Supervisors will monitor and update as needed.
Outbound is the regular route.
