The City of Portsmouth will be milling and paving on Missy Elliot Drive July 8-15, 2026. During this timeframe, the Routes 41, 44, and 45 will detour. All stops on Missy Elliott adjacent to the Victory Crossing Shopping Center cannot be serviced. Customers wishing to board/disembark will need to go to the Victory Crossing Transfer Area.
