Hampton Roads Transit Resumes Regular Service Tuesday Started Until Tue Jan 27 Hampton Roads Transit bus, light rail, ferry, paratransit, OnDemand ridesharing services and the Naval Station Norfolk Base Express will resume their regular schedule on Tuesday, January 27. Transit center information booths, administrative facilities and the Customer Service Call Center will operate on their regular schedule.
