If you require the accessibility coach at Langstaff GO, here’s what you need to know: - Shuttle service is available between 06:00- 08:30 and 16:00 - 19:40.- Call 416-398-2222 and dial ‘0’ to book a shuttle.- Note: Dignity Shuttle services must be booked 48 hours in advance.- If you’re travelling south towards Union Station; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Old Cummer GO.- If you’re travelling north toward Bloomington; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Richmond Hill GO.- If you’re travelling to Langstaff GO; Exit the train at Old Cummer or Richmond Hill GO, to access your prearranged Dignity shuttle.Update 3 - Union Station - Disabled train Started Until Tue Feb 3 We continue to work on the disabled train near Union Station and to to return to regular service.Kitchener, Lakeshore West and Lakeshore East customers: Your trains may experience delays, modifications and cancellations until the issue has been resolved.
