To allow the event to take place safely, road closures will be in place around Bolton and Leigh. As a result, bus services will operate on diversion on Sunday 7 June.

Essential improvement works will be taking place at Prestwich Metrolink stop. Tram services will not be affected however, there may be an increased presence of staff at this stop during this time.
The bus stop on Chaddock Lane, at the junction of Victoria Street is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop at the junction of Golborne Road and Cross Keys is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Seedley Road, at the junction of Langworthy Road is closed due to works taking place.
On Sunday 31 May, the Great Manchester Run will be held in Manchester City Centre. Several road closures will be implemented, which will cause disruption throughout the day. Diversions will be implemented from the first bus until the roads have been reopened in the early evening.
