BART is recovering from an earlier problem. Due to earlier scheduled track maintenance between Downtown Berkeley and El Cerrito Plaza and a trackside equipment problem outside of North Berkeley passengers traveling on the Richmond Line should expect major delay in the Richmond, Berryessa, and Millbrae directions.
