MARC Train has been notified by the Odenton MARC station parking garage construction team that the start of construction has been delayed. We anticipate that construction will begin later this week and will provide additional updates when they are received.
When work begins, the first phase will result in closure of approximately 120 spaces in Lot B, in the part of the lot closest to the southbound platform. Signage has been posted on sandwich boards in the affected parking areas announcing the closure. Please do not park in any areas that are cordoned off or marked No Parking. Towing will be enforced for parking violations. There is ample parking available in the overflow lot on the north side of Route 175. To access this lot, cross Route 175 on Town Center Boulevard, turn right on Hale Street, then proceed straight into the MARC overflow lot. You may also put Hale Street & Lokus Road, Odenton, MD into your GPS device to get directions.

Route: Penn - Washington
There will be a MARC Brunswick Line schedule on Monday, September 28. This change is being implemented to launch a new direct MARC service that connects the Brunswick and Camden Lines. The service will allow riders to travel directly between Brunswick Line stations and Baltimore's Camden Station without transferring at Washington Union Station. The service will directly connect Brunswick, Point of Rocks, Barnesville, Germantown, Metropolitan Grove, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Kensington, Silver Spring, College Park, Laurel, and Baltimore Camden Station,
expanding regional travel opportunities for MARC riders.

MARC Penn Line schedules will change on October 12 and November 15, 2026, due to the second phase of a major Amtrak trackwork project in New Jersey. This is resulting in significant modifications to Amtrak train schedules between Washington and New York. The changes to Amtrak schedules will require MARC Train to modify our schedules.

MARC Train has been notified that phase 1 of construction on the Odenton Station parking garage will begin Saturday, October 10th.

On Saturday, October 17, street closures and detours will delay Local Bus service in and around downtown Baltimore for the 2026 Baltimore Running Festival. Allow extra travel time or take Light Rail or Metro Subway to avoid delays.

Light Rail
Trains will run about every 30 minutes, starting at 6 a.m.
From Hunt Valley: Two additional early trains will depart at 5 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
From Glen Burnie / Cromwell: Regular Saturday schedule starting at 6 a.m. (arriving at Camden Station around 6:23 a.m)
Metro Subway
Trains run about every 20 minutes, starting at 6:05 a.m. from Owings Mills and 6:15 a.m. from Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Free parking is available at all Metro Subway stations from Owings Mills to Mondawmin.
Getting to the Race Site:
1. Exit at Charles Center Metro Station.
2. Use the West entrance / Charles St escalator to reach street level.
3. Walk down Baltimore Street, turn left at CFG Arena toward Camden Yards.
4. The race site is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.
