While this platform typically serves westbound trains, platform changes may also impact eastbound trains. We have been advised that the elevator located in the Scotiabank Galleria is temporarily out of service. To navigate from the bus terminal to the train station, follow these steps:1. Exit the doors to Lakeshore Boulevard.2. Turn right, towards the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street.3. Cross the street, to the northwest corner of Bay Street.4. Turn right and walk north on Bay Street.5. Scotiabank Galleria is located on the left, before entering the Bay West Teamway. To navigate from the train station to the bus terminal, follow these steps:1. Exit the doors to Bay Street.2. Turn right, proceed towards the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street.3. Turn left and cross Bay Street, continuing straight on Lake Shore Boulevard.4. Enter the bus terminal on the left.

East tunnel closure on the evening of January 29 Started Until Fri Jan 30
Tonight, January 29, between the hours of 22:00 and 04:30, the east tunnel in the station building will be closed to allow for maintenance repair work. During this time, customers can access the platforms from the west tunnel or the Pedestrian Bridge on the east end. Elevator access will be available through the Pedestrian Bridge. Work is expected to be completed by 04:30, Friday January 30. Please follow directional signage and use caution in addition to giving yourself extra time when navigating through the area. We thank you for your patience while this important maintenance work is being completed.

If you require the accessibility coach at Langstaff GO, here’s what you need to know: - Shuttle service is available between 06:00- 08:30 and 16:00 - 19:40.- Call 416-398-2222 and dial ‘0’ to book a shuttle.- Note: Dignity Shuttle services must be booked 48 hours in advance.- If you’re travelling south towards Union Station; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Old Cummer GO.- If you’re travelling north toward Bloomington; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Richmond Hill GO.- If you’re travelling to Langstaff GO; Exit the train at Old Cummer or Richmond Hill GO, to access your prearranged Dignity shuttle.
