Detour details:

28 Phibbs Exchange: Regular route to E Hastings and Cassiar Connector, then continue E Hastings, Renfrew, McGill St, Ironworkers Memorial Bridge, then resume regular route.

28 Joyce Station: Regular route to Ironworkers Memorial Bridge and McGill St off-ramp, then via McGill St Off-ramp, McGill St, Renfrew, E Hastings, then resume regular route
