Route 901 Northbound and Southbound may experience service delays during Padres games at Petco Park due to increased traffic in the surrounding area. Please plan ahead, and thank you for your patience.

Route 838 temporary stop closure Started Mon Jun 1 Until Fri Oct 2
Due to construction at East County Square Walmart, stop 41158 will be temporarily closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. An A-Frame has been placed in front of the Dollar Tree at East County Square where passengers can board Route 838.

Due to Construction at East County Square Walmart, stop #41158 will be temporarily closed 24 Hrs. a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. A-Frame has been placed in front of the dollar tree at East County Square where passengers can Board and De Board Route 864.
4th of July Coronado Parade – Route 901 Detour Starts Sat Jul 4 Until Sat Jul 4
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, the City of Coronado will host its annual 4th of July Parade from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. During this time, Route 901 will not operate along Orange Avenue between 4th Street and Pomona Avenue in either direction.

Passengers are encouraged to use the MTS temporary bus stops (A-Frame) at:
-10th Street & C Avenue
-C Avenue & 6th Street
Please expect delays due to increased traffic in the area. Thank you
Coronado Circumnavigation Event – Potential Minor Delays on Routes 901 & 904 Starts Fri Jul 3 Until Fri Jul 3
On Thursday, July 3, beginning at approximately 6:30 PM, a bicycle Circumnavigation Event will take place on Coronado Island.
No street closures or bus stop impacts are anticipated; however, passengers on Routes 901 and 904 may experience minor delays due to increased bicycle and vehicle traffic, particularly near the intersection of Dana Place and Orange Avenue.
