Newport News One City Marathon Started Until Sun Mar 1
On Sunday, March 1, 2026, the City of Newport News will host the One City Marathon. To accommodate the change in traffic patterns, from 5:00 AM until approximately 3:00 PM the following routes will be on detour. Customers are advised to expect heavy delays and to plan accordingly. Route 107, 111, 112, 414: Stop Service Adjustment Started Mon Feb 9 Until Wed Jan 1 3000
Starting Sunday, February 1, 2026, the Routes 107, 111, 112, and 414 will not service the following bus stops due to construction:

3171 JEFFERSON & HABERSHAM
5824 JEFFERSON & JEFFERSON COMMONS

Until further notice, passengers will need to board / disembark at a temporary stop at Jefferson & Bland located next to Rooms To Go.
Transit Center Information Booths Started Until Mon Mar 2
On Monday, March 2, 2026, the information booths located in the
transit centers will close from 10:00 AM until approximately 2:30
PM. Tickets may be purchased via the ticket vending machine in
the lobby. Route information and schedules are always available
online at gohrt.com or 757-222-6100.
Inclement Weather Started Sat Feb 21 Until Mon Feb 23
