The bus stop on Clarendon Road, near Park Road, is closed due to nearby building construction work taking place.
The bus stop on Ashton Lane, near the Magistrates Court, will be closed due to maintenance works taking place.
From Monday 13 July to Sunday 2 August, tram improvement works will take place at various locations on the network including between Deansgate-Castlefield and Trafford Bar, in the city centre and on the Eccles line. During this time, no trams will operate on the Eccles, Trafford Centre and Altrincham lines, with further service changes in place across the network. A replacement bus service will operate between the affected stops.

South Langworthy Road will be closed between Eccles New Road and Broadway. The closure will be in place between 11pm and 5am the following morning to facilitate Metrolink rail works.
From 19 July to 29 August, we are making minor changes to the times of Monday to Friday journeys during the quieter summer period.
Due to maintenance work on Talbot Road a bus stop closure is in place.
Chapel Street will be closed from Trinity Way to New Bailey Street due to resurfacing works taking place. As a result, services will be on diversion.
Due to maintenance work, a stop closure will be implemented on Oldham Street.
Manchester Day 2026 returns to the city's streets on Sunday 26 July. Due to road closures in place, bus services will operate on diversion.
On Sunday 9 August, from the start of service until 2pm, tram improvement works will take place at Deansgate-Castlefield and Trafford Bar. During this time, no trams will operate on the Eccles, Trafford Centre and Altrincham lines, with further service changes in place across the network. From Saturday 15 to Sunday 16 August, works will take place at Manchester Town Hall. To allow these works to happen safely, no trams will operate via Exchange Square. Services on the East Didsbury and Trafford Centre lines will operate via Market Street and Shudehill instead.
From Saturday 15 until Friday 28 August, track renewal works will take place on the Rochdale line. During this time, service changes will be in place. A bus replacement service will operate between the affected stops.
The bus stops on Oxford Road near/opposite Oxford House and All Saints Park are closed due to works taking place.
On Saturday 5 September, from the start of service until 2pm, improvement works will take place on the Rochdale line. During this time, no trams will operate between Freehold and Rochdale Town Centre. A bus replacement service will operate between the affected stops.
On Sunday 6 September, from the start of service until 11am, tram improvement works will take place at Deansgate-Castlefield and Trafford Bar. During this time, no trams will operate on the Eccles, Trafford Centre and Altrincham lines, with further service changes in place across the network. A replacement bus service will operate between the affected stops.
On Sunday 13 September, from the start of service until 10am, no trams will operate through Victoria. During this time, the Rochdale and Bury lines will terminate at Victoria, the East Didsbury line will terminate at Exchange Square, the Manchester Airport will operate to Piccadilly and the Trafford Centre line will run to Deansgate-Castlefield. A bus replacement service will operate between Piccadilly and Victoria until 11am.
On Sunday 20 September, from the start of service until 10am, no trams will operate through Victoria. During this time, the Rochdale and Bury lines will terminate at Victoria, the East Didsbury line will terminate at Exchange Square, the Manchester Airport will operate to Piccadilly and the Trafford Centre line will run to Deansgate-Castlefield. A bus replacement service will operate between Piccadilly and Victoria until 11am.
On Sunday 11 October, from the start of service until 10am, no trams will operate through Victoria. During this time, the Rochdale and Bury lines will terminate at Victoria, the East Didsbury line will terminate at Exchange Square, the Manchester Airport will operate to Piccadilly and the Trafford Centre line will run to Deansgate-Castlefield. A bus replacement service will operate between Piccadilly and Victoria until 11am.
Essential improvement works will be taking place at Prestwich Metrolink stop. Tram services will not be affected however, there may be an increased presence of staff at this stop during this time.
The bus stops on Wigan Road near Bryn Railway Station is closed due to roadworks taking place.
The bus stop on Warrington Road, at the junction of Clap Gate Lane is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Bradshawgate, near Wood Street, will be closed due to maintenance works taking place.
The escalator to exit Piccadilly Metrolink stop to the city centre or mainline station is currently out of service. Please follow the signage for the lift from platform level to the mezzanine and mainline station.
The bus stop on Bury Road, at the junction of Ainsworth Lane is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Chapel Lane, at the junction of High Elm Road is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Bird Hall Lane, at the junction of Fielding Works is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Darlington Street East, at the junction on Birkett Bank is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Thornfield Road opposite Thornfield Park is closed due to works taking place.
