Due to the Philippine Flag Raising Ceremony on Friday, June 12th, Routes 2, 4A, 18E, and 19 will not stop at 3rd & A; Routes 2 and 4B will not stop at 3rd & B. No temporary stops established. This closure will last from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
