Detour on Route 11 LOOP from Main @ Howard to Arena Bay 2 for the MLK Jr Unity March in downtown Spokane. Detours will be in place from 6:00 am and will last until approximately 1:00 pm. During this detour, passengers looking to get to the Riverpoint Campus will need to transfer from rotue 6 to the City Line at the Plaza.
