Due to construction, the 928 Southbound will have a stop closure (Stop ID #99103) at Balboa Ave. and Ruffin Rd from 04/07/2026 to 05/15/2026 for 24 hours a day. Passengers are advised to make connections at Spectrum Center Blvd. and Ruffin Rd.
Route 10 Temporary Bus Stop Closure, Washington St & India (ID 13353 Started Mon Mar 9 Until Fri Jul 31
Due to construction on eastbound Washington at India, the stop will be closed from 3/9/26 to 7/31/26 (24hrs). Passengers are directed to catch the eastbound route 10 at the temporary A-Frame on Washington, westside of San Diego Ave.
Route 3 & 120 (Northbound) Impacted by Closure on 5th Ave @ Brookes Started Mon Apr 20 Until Fri May 8
Due to construction and closure on 5th Ave @ Brookes, northbound Route 3 & 120 will be detouring around this activity 4/20/26 - 5/8/26 (Mon - Fri Only) from
6:30am - 4pm each day. While on detour, Route 3 will not be able to service the bus stops on 5th @ Brookes (ID# 12429) or 5th @ Pennsylvania (ID# 12432). Passengers will be able to connect with the Route 3 at the stops on 5th @ Upas (ID# 12773) or 5th @ University (ID# 12431) in lieu of those stops.
Route 120 will not be missing any stops while on this detour.

Due to construction the northbound route 120 bus stop located at University Av & 10th Av (#10106), will be temporarily closed 10/29/25 - 05/31/26 (24/7)

Passengers are advised to cross University Av and catch the route 1 bus to Fashion Valley at University Av & 9th Av (#10852), or catch the 120 at 5th and Univeristy.

Route 115 Eastbound bus stop closures April 29th 7:30am to 5:30pm. Due to road construction taking place on Jackson Dr between Golfcrest Dr & Lakeshore Dr. The bus stops located at Jackson Dr & Lake Shore Dr #10311 & Jackson Dr & Golfcrest Dr #10706 will be closed during this time. Please use the next available bus stop.
N/B 3 & N/B 120- Hillcrest Classic Car Show Detour Starts Sat May 16 Until Sat May 16
Due to the Classic Car Show 5th Ave will be closed between Pennsylvania and Evans Pl. The northbound routes 3 & 120 will be on detour on Saturday 5/16 from 11:30am-4:00pm. The route 3 bus stops on 5th Ave at Brookes Ave (#12429) and 5th Ave at Pennsylvania Ave (#12432) will be closed during the event, route 120 will not miss any stops. Passengers are advised to board the routes 3 & 120 at 5th Ave at Upas St (#12773) or 5th Ave at University Ave (#12430).
