On Apr 25th from 4:00am-2:00pm the route 848 will be on detour due to the 61st Annual Lakeside Western Days Parade

During this time, service will not operate into Downtown Lakeside. There will be no service beyond the intersection of Winter Gardens Blvd and Lemon Crest Dr.

Northbound (NB) Route 848:
The last stop will be Stop #41031 – Winter Gardens Blvd & Knoll Crest Pl
Southbound (SB) Route 848:
Passengers may board at the temporary terminal located at Stop #40676 – Winter Gardens Blvd & Wintercrest Dr

Please plan accordingly and allow extra travel time.

928 Southbound Stop ID #99103 Closure due to Paving 04/07/26-05/15/26 24hrs Started Tue Apr 7 Until Fri May 15
Due to construction, the 928 Southbound will have a stop closure (Stop ID #99103) at Balboa Ave. and Ruffin Rd from 04/07/2026 to 05/15/2026 for 24 hours a day. Passengers are advised to make connections at Spectrum Center Blvd. and Ruffin Rd.
Route 10 Temporary Bus Stop Closure, Washington St & India (ID 13353 Started Mon Mar 9 Until Fri Jul 31
Due to construction on eastbound Washington at India, the stop will be closed from 3/9/26 to 7/31/26 (24hrs). Passengers are directed to catch the eastbound route 10 at the temporary A-Frame on Washington, westside of San Diego Ave.

Route 12 Impacted by 56th Chicano Park Day Commemoration, Sat. 4/25 Starts Until Sat Apr 25
Due to the 56th Annual Chicano Park Day Commemoration on Saturday, 4/25/26 from 3:00am-9pm, MTS route 12 will be on detour in the vicinity of Chicano Park (both directions). As a result, all eastbound and westbound Route 12 bus stops on Logan Ave between Commercial and Sicard St will not be serviced due to closure and extreme traffic along Logan Ave. Passengers can connect with eastbound and westbound Route 12's at any Route 929 stop on National or Main St between Commercial and Sampson or at the temporary A-Frame stops on Sampson at National, (both directions).
Route 12 Temporary Bus Stop Closure, Skyline Dr & O'Meara St (#10678) Starts Mon Apr 27 Until Fri May 1
Due to construction, the eastbound route 12 bus stop located at Skyline Dr & O'Meara St (#10678), will be temporarily closed 04/27/26 - 05/01/26 between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm daily.
Passengers are advised to catch the eastbound route 12 at Skyline Dr & Detroit Pl (#10280)
