Metro Subway Service Advisory - Early Closing Time Started Thu Mar 20 Until Wed Oct 1
Effective Monday, March 24, 2025 the MTA will temporarily adjust Metro Subway train service to close one hour early to allow additional time to complete testing of the new Metro Subway railcars and train control systems. The early closing is expected to continue through October 1, 2025.
On Weekdays:
The last train from Owings Mills to Johns Hopkins Hospital leaves at 10:57 pm and arrives at 11:26 p.m.
The last train from Johns Hopkins Hospital to Owings Mills leaves at 11:18 pm and arrives at 11:47 p.m.

On Weekends/Holidays:
The last train from Owings Mills to Johns Hopkins Hospital leaves at 11:05 pm and arrives at 11:34 p.m.
The last train from Johns Hopkins Hospital to Owings Mills leaves at 11:15 pm and arrives at 11:44 p.m.

Metro Service Alert - Ongoing Testing Started Thu Aug 21 Until Sat Aug 23
All Metro Subway stations will close early Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24, beginning at 7:00 p.m. due to scheduled train control system testing. Shuttle bus service will be in place both days, and riders should allow for extra travel time. All stations will reopen Sunday, August 24, at 6:00 a.m. and Monday, August 25, at 5:00 a.m.
