For westbound service, use the stops on 65th Pl at Queens Blvd or 54th St at Northern Blvd.

Eastbound buses operate via Broadway, 61st St, Roosevelt Ave, 69th St and Woodside Ave.

Westbound buses operate via Woodside Ave, 69th St, Roosevelt Ave, 39th Ave, 61st St and Broadway.
