Northbound buses operate via 6th Ave, W 14th St, 3rd Ave, E 34th St and Madison Ave.
Southbound buses operate via 5th Ave, E 42nd St, Lexington Ave, E 23rd St, Park Ave South, make a temporary stop on Park Ave South at E 22nd St, then regular.
