For southbound service, use the stops on Vanderbilt Ave at Saint Marks Ave or McDonald Ave at 20th St.

Southbound buses operate via Prospect Ave, 6th Ave, Union St, 4th Ave, 17th St, Prospect Expressway and 10th Ave.

Buses will operate in two sections:

Between Downtown Brooklyn and Vanderbilt Ave at St Marks Ave, southbound stop

Between Kensington and 7th Ave at 19th St, northbound stop
