All Staten Island local, limited, and express buses are running with delays in both directions while we're recovering from the winter storm.

S40 buses are detoured in both directions due to heavy traffic at Goethals Rd/Forest Ave.

While detoured, eastbound S40 buses will not make stops from Forest Ave/Goethals Rd North to Forest Ave/Lilac Ct.

Westbound buses will not make stops from Forest Ave/South Ave to Goethals Rd North/Port Authority Admin Lot.

Buses will make stops as requested along South Ave.

S40 buses are detoured in both directions between South Ave at Arlington Place and Richmond Terrace at Arlington Ave.
