Route 98 service change: Route 98 will change to Route 398 starting March 15. Most timepoints are changing. Starts Sun Mar 15 Until Tue Mar 31
Starting March 15, Route 98–Fort Ward will be renumbered to Route 398. Most timepoints on Route 398 are being adjusted, and the Bucklin at Blakely timepoint will no longer appear in Kitsap Transit schedules. This stop will still be served by Kitsap Transit buses. See March 15 schedule online for details.

Additionally, Route 398 will travel the Fort Ward loop in the alternate direction. Passengers should board the bus at Evergreen Ave and Fort Ward Hill Road.

Riders who subscribe to Route 98 rider alerts should update their subscription to Route 398 after March 15 to continue receiving alerts.
