Short-Term Detour for Route 41, Chapman Highway Started Mon Aug 4 Until Tue Aug 5 Due to a large crane on Blount Avenue, Blount Avenue at Chapman Highway is closed. Route 41, Chapman Highway, will be on a short-term detour, INBOUND ONLY, for most of the day. Passengers at Sevier Avenue and Davenport, please catch the bus on Island Home for the inbound Route 40, South Knoxville to Knoxville Station. The Road Supervisors will monitor and update as needed.
