Due to construction, Blount Avenue at the roundabout is closed. Route 45, Vestal, will be on a short-term detour. The Road Supervisors will monitor and update as needed.

Inbound from Blount Avenue, right on Hawthorne, right on Palmer Street, into Fort Street, left on Chapman Highway to the regular route.
