Due to KUB working, the roundabout is closed for construction. Route 45, Vestal, will be on a short-term detour. The Road Supervisors will monitor and update as needed.

Outbound from Chapman Highway, right on Hawthorne Avenue, left on Blount Avenue to the regular route.

Inbound from Blount Avenue, right on Hawthorne Avenue, right on Palmer Street, into Fort Avenue, left on Chapman Highway to the regular route.
