Station Improvements at Oakville GO Started Mon Apr 27 Until Sun Jun 7
Construction work is underway at Oakville GO to enhance safety, accessibility and support more GO Transit service. Improvements and enhancements include platform work, a new pedestrian bridge, bus loop and parking lot improvements, and upgrades to the station building. Here’s what you need to know: - 100 parking spots in the south parking lot, and 100 parking spots in the northwest parking lot, are inaccessible to customers for equipment storage, as we prepare for construction work. Parking is still available in all lots and the parking garage. - Widening and extension construction has begun on the new, temporary platform and is expected to be completed in July 2026. All platforms remain open, with caution advised on Platform 2. - Please follow directional signage and use caution around construction areas. Entrance to Scotiabank Galleria closed weeknights Started Mon May 4 Until Sun Jun 7
The entrance from the Bay Concourse to the Scotiabank Galleria will be closed Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 6:00 due to construction.Please exit via the north pedestrian bridge or the outdoor route through the Bay South Teamway.

Lakeshore West: This weekend, trains will run hourly between West Harbour GO and Union Station. Trains will run every 30-minutes between Oakville GO and Union Station. Lakeshore East: This weekend, GO buses replace trains between Durham College Oshawa and Pickering GO, running direct to Union Station Bus Terminal. There will be no GO Transit service at Rouge Hill, Guildwood, Eglinton, Scarborough, or Danforth GO. Stouffville line: This weekend, GO buses run direct between Unionville GO and Union Station Bus Terminal, making all stops between Unionville and Old Elm GO. All trains travelling through the area are expected to arrive at their destination approximately 15 minutes behind schedule until the work is complete. There is a construction project taking place on the tracks in between Appleby GO and Bronte GO this weekend. For the safety of our customers and any construction personnel, trains travelling through the area may need to travel at reduced speeds and may need to wait for permission to proceed.
